- All personal data has been removed from the device before handover.
4. Payments
Payments will be processed after successful device inspection and approval. The payment method and timeline will be communicated during the transaction process.
5. Data Responsibility
Users are responsible for removing all personal data from their devices before selling. Swapitsmart is not responsible for any data left on the device.
6. Limitation of Liability
Swapitsmart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
